PYE, Norman
It is with great sadness that the family of Norman F.C. Pye announces his passing after a brief illness, on Wednesday, January 27th 2016, at the age of 86 years.
Norman will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 years, Barbara Anne (Hafford) Pye and his children, Jo-Ann (Fred) Chinn, Gregory (Marie-Claude Vallee) and Shawn (Nikolina). Norman will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Alexandra Dufresne-Pye, Emilie Dufresne-Pye and Mitchell Male. He was predeceased by his parents H. Stevens Pye and Helen M. (Wells) Pye, his brother Harold and sister Helen Grace.
The Family wishes to express their deepest appreciation and thanks to the oncology and palliative care units of the CHUS and Hotel Dieu.
Interment and graveside service at Elmwood cemetery will be held this Spring. Those who so desire, may make memorial donations in memory of Norman to the Canadian Cancer Society.
