FRENCH, Clinton Peacefully with his loving family by his side at the Grace Christian Home on Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Clinton Desmond French in his 89th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Marjory Eileen Berwick and son Jeffrey Robert French. Beloved husband of Jean Elizabeth Picken. Beloved father of Linda (Joe Oliveras) of Rockland, Ontario, Wendy of Richmond, Quebec, and Mary Ellen (Dave Young) of Sawyerville, Quebec. Dear grandfather of Samantha (Scott Delaney) of Rockland, Ontario, Christina (Sean Eagles) of Rockland, Ontario, Matthew (Patrina Byles) of Limoges, Ontario, Robert of Cookshire, Quebec, Christopher of Sherbrooke, Quebec, and Catherine (Remi Tetreault) of Randboro, Quebec. Dear brother of William French. Predeceased by his brothers Lawrence, Harvey, and sister Elizabeth. Also survived by many great-grandchildren, relatives, and friends. Resting at Cass Funeral Home, 15 Station St., Sawyerville, on Friday, August 22nd 2014 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and on Saturday, August 23rd from 1:30 to 3:00 pm followed by the funeral service at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. James Potter officiating. Interment in the Eaton Cemetery. Donations to the Grace Christian Home, the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged.
