DOUGHERTY, Gérald

Passed away at the CHUS Fleurimont Sherbrooke, on Saturday, May 28, 2011, at the age of 84. Son of the late Leslye Dougherty and the late Yvonne Lepage. Gérard was the husband of Pierrette Sirois and father of Maurice, Jacqueline, Marcel (Sylvie-Anne L'Heureux), Carole, Martine (Richard Boudreau) , Marianne and the late Mario. Grandfather of Debra, Martin, Sarah, Peter, Cynthia, Christian, Nancy, Vicky, Stéphanie, Alexandre, Michaël, Valérie, Cindy and Morgan. Dear brother of Raymond (Laurette), Laurent (Joan) and Pauline (Gérard), brother-in-law of Thérèse (late Denise), late Richard, Madeleine, Angèle (David), Louisette, Annette, Claude (Diane Royer) and Rémy. Gérard also leaves to mourn many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 50 Craig Sud, Cookshire, on Wednesday June 1, 2011 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday June 2, 2011 from 1 to 1:30 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the Saint-Raphaël Church, Bury, on Thursday June 2, 2011 at 2 pm. Interment of ashes at a later date.
