COLLINS, Robert

2007

Born in Three Rivers, Quebec, the son of John Collins and Elizabeth Robertson. Veteran of WW2 served as a member of the Three Rivers Tank Regiment. Passed away peacefully at the CHUS Fleurimont, on November 23, 2007, at the age of 88. He joins his wife, the late Kitty May Bowers and friends in the company of God. He leaves to mourn his son Bob Jr. (Pat), granddaughters, Kimberly and Chloe (Albert) and great-granddaughter Soleil. Heartfelt thanks to the people of Manning 3 at the Wales Home and to Roxanne at the CHUS for their kindness and understanding. A graveside service to be officiated by the Reverend R. Jennings at the Danville Protestant Cemetery in April 2008 (day to be announced). As memorial tributes, donations in Bob's name, may be made to either the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Wales Home Foundation, 506 Rte #243 N. Richmond, QC J0B 2H0.
