CARTMEL, William Bliss

William Bliss Cartmel (1929-2015) Passed away peacefully at the CSSS Memphrémagog, on Sunday, February 8th, 2015 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Barbara Perry and dear father to Mary, Virginia (Stephen), Janet (David), Jennifer (Brent) and Jeffrey (Amber). Papa Bliss to grandchildren Zachary, Roger, Kyle, Brody, Leigh (Mark), Sarah (Mike), Charlie, Brooks and Kai and "Uncle Bull" to his many nieces and nephews. He leaves to mourn his brother-in-law Maurice Devlen. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 14th, 2015 at 2 pm at the St. Luke's Anglican Church, 290, rue Des Pins, Magog, QC J1X 2H9. There will be a visitation at the church one hour prior to the service. The family would like to thank Dr. Quirion, Dr. Valliquette, Dr. Masse and the staff at CSSS de Memphrémagog. In lieu of flowers, donations to Centre de Santé et de Services Sociaux de Memphrémagog Soins Palliatifs, 50, rue Saint-Patrice Est, Magog, QC J1X 2H9 would be appreciated by the family.
