REED, Arthur

Peacefully, at the Magog Hospital on Sunday, July 3rd 2005. Hurley Arthur Reed in his 88th year, beloved husband of Donna Arlene Jones for over 60 years, dearly loved father of David ( Debbie ) of Ennismore, Ont, Diane ( Michael Taylor ) and Richard ( Judy ) of Sydney, Australia. Arthur was the loving grandfather of nine grandchildren: Jeff, Cyndy, Angele, Cameron, Marc, Ewen, Gabe, Imogen and Meagan. He was the much loved brother of Pauline ( late Bob Maschke ), Medicine Hat, Alberta and of Reginald ( Ruth ), Lennoxville. Three sisters predeceased Arthur: Gladys ( Stanley Thompson ), Bernice and Reta Reed. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 6th 2005 at 11:30 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at St. George's Anglican Church, 84 Queen Street, Lennoxville, the Rev. Michael Canning officiating. The burial will take place later. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dr. W. J. Klinck Foundation for the Connaught Home, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
