(MANDIGO) RICE, Betty

1934 - 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Betty Rice at Hotel Dieu on the 17th of February 2025, at the age of 90. She was the daughter of the late Arthur Mandigo and the late Alice Bressette. Predeceased by husbands Norman Rice and Luc Moquin, she leaves to mourn her children the late Christine (late Fred), Gary, late Randy (Lorna), Sandra (Craig), Darlene (Sylvain), Pam (Jean), Melody (Randy); her brothers and sister Mandy Mandigo (Lorna), Harold, Evelyn (Smitty), late Daryl, late Walter and the late Bobby; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends. The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College, Sherbrooke, between 9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m., with the funeral following at 11 a.m. in the same location. There will be access to a video of the funeral from the Cass website. The family will attend to a private burial at a later date.
