Passed away suddenly at the CHUS Fleurimont on Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at the age of 59. Beloved husband of Nicole Roy and dear son of the late Joseph Jeremy Distefano and the late Pierrette Beaudin. Cherished father of Maryse (Marc) and Joanne (Bobby). Loving step-father of: Richard (Jessica), Nathalie (Erick), and Sonia (Chris). Precious grandfather of: Antoine, Cloé, Tommy, Lyana, Sara, Kevin, Dylan, Maxime, Katia, Katryna, Derek, Kaylob, Jared, the late Kendra and Aaron. Adoring brother of: Anna (the late Laurier), the late Michel (Ruth), the late Pauline (Denis), Angela (Richard), José, Ida (Dale), the late Pierre (Gisèle), and Antonio (France). Claude will also be sadly missed by the brothers and sisters-in-law, many nephews, nieces, cousins, others relatives and friends. He was predeceased by Oscar and Josephine Sevigny. As a tribute to his memory, donations made to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
