1950 - 2018

Passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Audrey Harrison and father of Sandra, Steven (Cindy), Robert (Sarah), Mark, Darryl (Martine) and Jennifer (Patric). He also leaves to mourn his brother Rodney, sister Gertrude (Doug), his aunt Edna, his 10 grandchildren, along with his nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will take place at the Cass Funeral Home, 15 Station St. Sawyerville, QC, on Monday May 21, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday, May 22 from 12 to 2 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. Pastor Michel Houle officiating. Interment in the Eaton Cemetery.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation (100-2630, rue King Ouest, Sherbrooke,Qc, J1J 2H1) or Diabetes Fondation (8550 Pie-IX Boulevard., Suite 300 Montreal,Qc H1Z 4G2) would be greatly appreciated.

I was so shocked to hear of Gar's passing. I saw him at Ives Hill dancing to our cousin Ron Haseltine's band last year. He has such a great smile. When I am up in Canada it seems I never have enough time to visit with cousins. Hope happy memories will keep a smile in your heart. Sleep well my cousin.
