Passed away in the presence of her family at the C.S.S.S. Memphremagog on Friday, August 7, 2009, in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Buster and cherished mother of : Colleen (Dick), Madeleine (Ariel), Betty (Bert), Bob (Mary-Josée) Nick, and Judy; loving grandmother of : Christine, Kevin, Sharon, Philip, Cathy, Michael, Jimmy, Joshua, Jeremy, Jacob, Bryan, Isabelle, Sara and Chris; Blondie will also be sadly missed by her great-grandchildren: Jaden, Darren, Jeffrey, Annabelle, Carrie, Justin, Emma, Shawn, Chad, Travis, Derek, and Hailey; along with her sisters Alie and Jan many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her sister Jenny and brother Dick. Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 900 Clough, on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 where friends may visit from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.. The service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, August 13 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Doreen Moffat officiating, followed by interment in the Ayer’s Cliff Cemetery. As a tribute to her memory, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 3330 King Ouest, bureau 130, Sherbrooke, Qc. J1L 1C9 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
