MACFARLANE, John James (Jack)

1934– 2016

With his family by his side, John James (Jack) Macfarlane passed away quietly at the CHUS - Fleurimont on Sunday October 16, 2016.  Beloved husband to Shirley, he was born on January 12, 1934 in England to the late Robert and Lillias Macfarlane.   

Left to cherish his memory are his children Alistair (Christine) and Chelsea as well as his grandchildren Asa, Meghan and Rhiann.   He will sadly be missed by his sisters Dorothy (Brian Hargreaves) and Ann (Tom Riding).   He was predeceased by his brothers Robert and Frank (June).  He also leaves to mourn many relatives in England and close friends here in Canada.

Funeral services will be held at a later date.

As a memorial tribute to Jack, donations to the R.-H. Rediker CAB, 112, rue Principale St, Stanstead, J0B 3E5, would be appreciated by the family.
