HYATT, Lloyd

Peacefully at the CHUS-Bowen, September 4th 2005, at the age of 81, he was surrounded by his loved ones. Lloyd Ernest Hyatt, beloved husband of Edith Shaughnessy, dear father of Audrey ( Peter Hopkins ), Dianne ( Peter Kirby ) and Shirley-Ann ( Robert McVety). Cherished grandfather of Christopher ( Rose ) and Kevin McVety, Richard and Andrew( Marisa ) Hopkins, Jennifer ( Lance ) and Felicia Kirby. Great-grandfather of Rebecca Hopkins. He is survived by his brother Edward ( June ) and sisters: Irene Ride, Mary ( Wendell Gaulin ) and Grace Cote. He was pre-deceased by his sisters: Dorothy Green and Marjorie Grenier. He is remembered by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Gordon, Pearl Smith, Bernice Johnson, Lloyd ( Elsie ) and Ernest. Pre-deceased by Carl, Ashley and Dorothy Chute. Also remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. The Family will receive condolencs at St-Peter's Anglican Church, Montreal Street, Sherbrooke, QC on Tuesday, September 6th from 1:00-2:00p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2:00p.m. Rev. Canon Ronald West will officiate assisted by Rev. Barbara Willard. Interment in the Compton Cemetery, Compton, QC. Many thanks to the staff of the intensive care unit, 5th floor, CHUS Bowen. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or any charity of your choice would be appreciated.
