BOWN, Lucy

Peacefully at the Wales Home. Richmond, QC, on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the age of 88. Dear sister of the late Charles Bown (Betty Blodgett), and cherished aunt of Tom Bown (Sarah) and great aunt to Sierra and Donovan. Resting at the St. George's Anglican Church, Ayer's Cliff, where relatives and friends may pay their respects on Friday, May 30th 2014 from 1:30 to 2:30 PM followed by the funeral service at 2:30 PM with the Rev. Barbara Wintle and Rev. Canon Ron West officiating. Interment in the Bown Cemetery. The family would like to thank the Wales Home, Dr. John Robb, and Dr. Alan Wallis for the wonderful care they provided, and also to Lucy's dear friend, Amy Husk, who has been a tremendous support throughout her illness. As memorial tributes, donations to the Bown Cemetery, c/o Dennis Herring, 106 Planche St. Cookshire, QC J0B 1M0 would be appriciated.
