Passed away at the C.S.S.S Memphremagog on Friday, May 10, 2013, at the age of 75. Loving husband of the late Caroline Goodsell , and dear son of the late Royal Bachelder and the late Edna Earl Oliver. Brother of Keith (Thérèse Danneau) and Gail (Buddy Parenteau). Neil will also be sadly missed by other relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
