COUTURE FORTIN, Noëlla

1925 - 2017

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Noëlla Couture Fortin at the CSSS Memphremagog, on April 28 2017 at the age of 91 years and 4 months.

She was a loving wife to the late Lionel Fortin and dear mother to Pierre (Claire), Gaétane (Jean), Carole (late Normand), Micheline (Dave) and Sylvie (Mark).  She leaves to mourn her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at the Cass funeral home, 545, Dufferin, Stanstead, QC, on Saturday May 6 2017, from 12:00 noon to 3:30 p.m.  A celebration of life will follow at the funeral home.  Interment at the Mont-Ste-Marie cemetery.

The family wishes to thank the entire staff of the long term care unit (3H1) of the Magog Hospital for the excellent care given to Mrs. Couture.  Donations to the Envolée – volunteer staff of the palliative care unit at the Magog Hospital, 50, rue Saint-Patrice Est, Magog (Québec) J1X 3X3, would be appreciated.
