BARBER PARKER, Vera

Peacefully at the CHUS Fleurimont Hospital, Sherbrooke, QC , surrounded by her family, on Friday, January 26th 2007 in her 73rd year. Vera May Barber beloved mother of Kenneth, Leslie and Linda (Gary Buck), Vera was the cherished grandmother of Isabelle, Shanon, Adam, Ryan and Dana, great-grandmother of Karla-Rose and Owen. She is survived by her brother and sisters: Roger (Marie), Jeannie (Lawrence), Kathy and Viola (Wayne), she will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and her many friends. Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke, QC ( Lennoxville ), Tel: (819) 564-1750 / www.casshomes.ca, where friends may visit on Monday, January 29th 2007 from 7 to 9pm, and on Tuesday from1 to 2pm followed by the funeral service at 2:00pm with the Rev. James Potter officiating. Spring interment in the St-James Cemetery, Compton, QC. As memorial tributes, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society3330 rue King St West, Sherbrooke, QC J1L 1C9 will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
