MURPHY, William

Passed away in his sleep at the Foyer in Coaticook on Thursday, November 12, 2009, at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Ethel Hughes for 58 years, and precious father of: Robert (Lisa Desruisseaux), Elsie ( Léo Valcourt), and Henry (Renée Rodrigue); cherished grandfather of: Nancy (Jean Rodrigue), Colin, Cameron, Christopher, Cassandra and Donovan; loving great-grandfather of: Jean-Paul. Bill will also be sadly missed by his brother Albert, along with his sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 545 Dufferin, Stanstead 819-876-5213/www.casshomes.ca on Monday, November 16, 2009 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. followed by the service in the chapel. As a tribute to his memory, donations made to the Crystal Lake Cemetery, c/o Brian Curtis, 2250 Ch. Curtis, Stanstead, Qc. JOB 3E0 would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
