At the C.H.U.S. Fleurimont Hospital, on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the age of 98 years. William "George" Pinchin, beloved husband of the late Marjory Eva Merrill of Bulwer, QC. Loving father of Douglas, Lennoxville, QC, Dorothy, Ottawa, ON and Ronald of Bulwer, QC. Cherished grandfather of Marjorie ( Danny MacEachern ), Melissa and Julie ( Chris Driscoll ) and great-grandfather of Silver , Samara and Stryker. Cherished brother of Dolly Worden of Darwen, Lancs, England. Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 15 Station St. Sawyerville, QC where friends may visit on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 from 7 to 9 pm . Visitation will also be held at the Cookshire United Church on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 from 1 to 2 pm followed by the funeral service at 2 pm. Rev. Wendy Evans officiating. Interment in the Eaton Cemetery on Sunday, July 17, 2011 at 2 p.m. Donations in George's memory may be made to the Bulwer Community Center, c/o Peggy Roy, 238 Jordan Hill, Cookshire, QC J0B 1M0 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
